Introduction

Kinderaa is a digital subscription platform operated by Olivares & Herrera, LDA. By using our site and subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before continuing.

Membership and Access

We offer two membership plans: Plus and Premium.

• Plus: Access to monthly expert-reviewed activities.
• Premium: Includes Plus content, weekly activities, and access to our AI Activity Generator (up to 15 monthly custom activity sets).

Personal Use & Restrictions

• All content is for personal use only.
• Do not copy, sell, redistribute, or advertise the activities.
• Do not promote the content with promised or guaranteed results.
• Account sharing or impersonation is not permitted.

Refunds and Cancellation

Monthly plans can be refunded if canceled within the first 5 days of the billing cycle. Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a 50% prorated refund on the remaining months. You may cancel via your Stripe billing portal or by emailing us at contact@concordiapt.com.

Disclaimer of Results

Kinderaa does not guarantee any developmental or educational outcomes. Activities are designed using public research and AI suggestions. You are responsible for ensuring the safety and suitability of all activities for your child. We do not provide materials, supervision, or expert advice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in prohibited behavior, with or without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Portugal. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
